Construction Details:

I made this dress with no pattern, going off the concept of a circle skirt and looking at a peasant blouse I had. Most of it seemed pretty easy. The hardest part to come up with was how to create the "Dutch girl" style hat. I had never seen anything like that in person before, so it took some creative trial and error. This costume debuted at PortConMaine in 2003 and has undergone several changes, replacements, and alterations since then.

Styling Notes

Styling the wig was pretty easy. I modified the bangs only slightly and then added the signature pigtails in the front that Chi always has.
