Construction Details:

The top is steel boned to keep things looking more streamline.
The wig is made with a sharpie dyed Arda chibi wig/wefts and a foam base(carved expanding foam on some sintra) with felt over it. I glued wefts over the "horns" and then attached them to the wig via wire and stitching. Then the hair on the actual wig was glued over the top of everything (most of the glue is hidden by the black bands) before a few touches of hairspray!
