Construction Details:

The hat, tie, and vest were made from scratch. Everything else I either already had or bought.
Things I would do differently next time:
-Pinstriped skirt instead of pants
-Make a fitted black trenchcoat
-gloves (I had them and forgot them >

Personal Thoughts:

I watched this movie so much as a kid. I loved both Catwoman and The Penguin. I rarely see Penguin cosplayed, and have never seen a female Penguin. When a friend suggested doing a gender swapped Batman villians group, I jumped on board.
