Construction Details:

The entire costume was actually pretty simple to make. I used 4 yards of this cheapo white vinyl, gorgeous metallic gold spandex, and some plastic sheets. The coat was made into sort of like a one piece dress, so it zips up in back because I figured that would be easiest way to get the front closure to look nice and accurate.

If you know me, you know that I absolutely love making hats... I think this was the one hat that has defeated me. I started with a wired buckram brim and... some cheap plastic sheets I got from daiso. (SERIOUSLY WHY AN INVISIBLE HAT) The invisible parts were then shaped with heat. The gold was more metallic spandex (so happy this stuff stretches) and craft foam. I HATE THIS HAT WITH A PASSIONE.

Also, I didn't have enough time to put on my makeup in the morning so It's kind of a mess. Remind me never to use cream makeup ever again.

Personal Thoughts:

I WANTED TO COSPLAY AS A STAND... AND HEAVEN'S DOOR WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE STANDS IN PART 4...SO.... IT HAPPENED.

Also I like makeup.
