It's super well made, ahah.
Bodice has boning in it and lined. Sleeves super cute and puffy. Skirt fits well. Allen Gale is talenteeeed~!

Found it on Etsy by Allen Gale and I fell in love with it and how incredibly well-made it was. I immediately wanted to wear it for a charity event in December so I purchased it.
