Construction Details:

Very basic cosplay.
Propwork was done with the badges, using clay on a base, then painting over them and adding a layer or two of Mod Podge.
The shirt was a long-sleeved button up shirt, so I made some alterations (shortened the bottom and the sleeves, added darts in the back), then sewed on the black parts to it.
The skirt was a basic lined tube skirt with slits in the side. And the hat was a store bought hat at the costume shop, and we added gold trim to it (along with the badges).

Personal Thoughts:

Really need to pick up more accurate shoes and a new wig. I don't feel confident or proud wearing it as is now. Might want to redo the badges or the top as well.
