Construction Details:

Had to go to two fabric stores to get the three shades of pink to burgundy. Pink and burgundy and 100% cottons; the coral is a cotton/poly blend. I made a mock up using simplicity 4789 as the base, changed the length and cut the jumper into sections. These sections were then cut of the fabric. Brown piping was used in between the sections and the jumper was lined.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume has been a roller coaster of feelings. I shifted over to Nanako because someone else wanted to do Naoto. I bought all the material for the outfit and then I was told the group was cancelled. Weeks later, I found out some of the group members were still doing it. Luckily the outfit was kind to me and didn't give me problems

Styling Notes

Thinned bangs and straight "bowl" cut. Thinned and retied pigtails lower. Hairsprayed tails for shape

Wig Review

I am terrible at wig work. If I were to do this again, I wonder if it would have been better to start with something with less volume and poof in the tails.
