Construction Details:

Made from casa powder blue crepe. self drafted cape pattern. brooche resined by me.
Tunic style dress, added elastic using blanket binding at the wait to stay in place.
Waistband is 2 layers of duck canvas, lightweight boning, and an outer layer of tricot stretch lame.
Design is satin stitched on, and it laces in the back.
