Construction Details:

Used entirely custom patterns since i was afraid of the fit being accurate and flattering. Shirt and arm sleeves are poplin. Skirt is a mystery fabric i found on sale when all hope for a canon color was lost lol but it has a gorgeous color and feel and a nice weight even though i was hesitant about the shine. Trim is from the same material as the skirt. For the bustier i doubled up broad cloth so it was pocketed and then inserted interfacing and did a lot of tightening and adjusting. The hat is craft foam covered in broad cloth, and the soul jem is a pendant made from jems and craft wire. Boots were thrifted and altered. Hopefully i can find the canon thigh highs eventually! This costume was everything i hate; structured corset-type, gathering, and silk-like materials but i wrecked it and its finally done lol

Personal Thoughts:

Besides some minor issues, i really consider mami to be my best cosplay so far. Mami is such an underrated character in the series whom i love not to mention i got to cosplay her with my girlfriends amazing Charlotte aaa
