Construction Details:

bought the beret, bought & tailored the shirt and blazer (added the gold buttons), socks (they were originally black & white stripes & i dyed them purple), hideous loafers, and petticoat
the tie is made out of silk, the skirt is a circle skirt made of cotton sateen with a ruffle added to the bottom edge and ribbon heat n bonded to it in a checker pattern
