The whole cosplay is made from vinyl-covered craft foam for that armor effect Miss Monochrome has! Additionally, all the pieces were patterned by me!
For the black parts, I used black sequined fabric, which is what she had in her ending "Poker Face" outfit, but I unfortunately forgot to use some for her top, so I just used black vinyl. :C
