Construction Details:

The dress was pretty straightforward, draped out the pattern, made some superwide bias for the bodice stripes, added pearls, made the necklace, and voila!

I love how clean this dress looks - simple colours, rich fabrics with pearl accents, simple but elegant design. The necklace was constructed of pearls I added wire and jump rings to, and then interlocked. The pendant is a cabochon pin I happened to already have, ironically (prophetically?) given to me a few years before by my friend whose Matthias Cronqvist I was pairing with.

Personal Thoughts:

I have very, very few photos of this dress, though I always feel like such a pretty lady when I wear it!
