Construction Details:

Jacket is made from 100% wool. Everything on the jacket is SEWN, not glued or anything (well, except the emblems haha). I use a lot of metal appliances like eyelets, buckles and etc. for the pilot look. It's also fully lined and faced. The white part is pleather. The jacket came to about 30+ pattern pieces.

The emblems were made by my boyfriend (because I made his jacket too, and he needed to do something) out of worbla.

The leotard was difficult because of fit issues and the cut out. To add stability to the cut out, I put two layers of interfacing around it, and body taped the edges to my body to keep it from pulling out.

Personal Thoughts:

Not the cute style I usually make, but I just loved the construction of the jacket ; u ;
