Construction Details:

Wig was originally dirty blonde surfer wig from Party City (one of my VERY FIRST wigs) that I tinted green with FW ink. The suit jacket was thrift store find, the shorts as well, though I had to shorten the bottom hem and take them in a bit. The necktie was a normal fat/wide businessman tie that I seamripped and shaved down a bit so it was cuter~ Vest from H&M and is part of several of my cosplays lol.

Personal Thoughts:

YES ALL MY YES. I got into Tiger & Bunny late, but JUST in time to see The Rising when it hit San Diego on it's roadshow! I really want to cosplay from this series but I'm such a bad blonde, so when I saw Dragon Kid's new look in the movie I was stoked!! I went off really bad screencaps and previews of this clip, so some details or off, but overall so cute/happy I got to cosplay for the movie, and met some new local cosplayers too!
