Construction Details:

The entire outfit is made of Hancock's Cotton Interlock Knit, which I dyed at least three times for the bodice, and four times for the hood and the leggings, in order to get the right color. That was really the most time consuming part of it, the only other thing I did was paint the heart symbol on the top.

Personal Thoughts:

Ive been cosplaying Shirley Fenette since I started cosplaying. Literally - she was one of my first costumes at my first cons. And I had resigned myself to never donning her orange wig again, until all of a sudden all of my friends resurged into Code Geass like a tidal wave of feelings. This group was a ton of fun to do, I really enjoyed it, and I can't wait to be Shirley for more costumes and groups to come!
