Construction Details:

The hat was recycled from my Succession costume, with a few more baubles thrown on. rnrnThe coat itself was made from a sateen I dyed to get the blue I wanted, and lined in white with the same material. rnrnThe tunic is an embroidered silk that I was able to pick up from work on the cheap (thank you fabric store employee discounts)! The panels were A PAIN to get the design symmetrical; I'm also not sure where I got the fabric for it, but it's gorgeous.

Personal Thoughts:

I have never cried so much trying to make something symmetrical.
