Construction Details:

I started with making all of the ruffles that I would need for the skirt, and making sure that it had the right shape. It all attaches to the bloomers with heavy duty snaps, with a pillow in between some of the layers to help define the shape that I wanted. All of the green fabric and lace was custom dyed. For the wig, I made a base shape to help support the curls and make the overall wig much lighter to wear.
