Construction Details:

White leotard made with a slightly silky white knit the the sleeves and then i hand sewed the skirt on my hand while i wore it to make sure it stretched right.

Personal Thoughts:

There isnt many costumes that are as much fun as a sailor scout uniform. Although this specific costume is gone now, i really have to remake it because i loved it to much!
