Done for AnimeFest 2013 and reworked for Anime Matsuri 2014! Cloak and hat made of poplin, cravat made from scrap pieces of satin and lace, and everything else made from bargain fabric at Golden D'Or :'D Bootcovers were also made from scrap fabric. Gem was resin casted, badge was made by my Aladdin, and earring was made with beads and hot glue aha ;; Staff made of wood dowel, model magic, sculpey, and paper mache. Will definitely be remade next time I plan on wearing him...
