Construction Details:

Made everything except the metal headband plate, the kunai pouch and necklace. Tshirt underneath was American Apparel with the shirt appliqued on. I quilted and satin stitched the jacket swirl and the ridged collar. Swirl thing on arm was foam, an old circle pin holder, and an old seam ripper cap. Wig was a 'cloud' wig from cosplaywig on ebay, airbrushed with yellow paint then styled.

I made this for ALL THE WRONG REASONS. UGH.
