Construction Details:

These are my 2nd set of boxes. I used the colors from the Brave Act figurine.

Boxes: FedEx cardboard, EVA foam, gesso, spray paint, acrylic paint, clear plastic, brads, hot glue, shelf brackets, bottles, double sided tape.

Swords/Handles: wood shaped by Connor. the rest of the details I added and painted on. cyclocross handles, wonderflex
Boosters: wonderflex, brads, hot glue, wooden dowel.
Paints: acrylic, spray paint, metallic, gesso

Personal Thoughts:

I've actually made 2 sets of the boxes. My 1st set of boxes were too long and wouldn't fit in my suitcase to take to Anime Matsuri. So I decided to make new boxes and actually paint them the way I originally intended.
