Bought the sweater and pants from the goodwill. Painted on the frost details using water color and lightly spray painted the collar, chest, and bottom of the sleeves with white to get a "frozen" look. The pants were cut and pieces sewn on for the details. Frayed the edges with a razor and scissors. Also spray painted.
