Construction Details:

Omg the only thing that made this cosplay SUPER annoying was the fabric I used...I used some kind of silky fabric that I spend days looking for in the fashion district, it had the right kind of shine that I was looking for, but I wish it wasn't so thin. That's what made it so stupid to work with because the fabric would slip and slide when I was placing my patterns on it, causing the dress to be too small, so I had to add an extra two panels (Which still ended up being kind of tight on me so I had to work the hell out to fit in the dress).

Anyways! The top portion is made to be super fitted up until a little bit above the knees, then I patterned a circle skirt into the bottom, so that when all the panels were sewn together, it would have a really flowy look, but I made it so that the "center" of the circle skirt was a little more to one side so that the back of the dress was longer than the front! A buncha gold beads where then tediously glued on using Gem-Tac with the help of my boyfriend and dad! The top is a nude stretch fabric with chiffon that is also embellished with the same gold beads, sewn together.

The necklace was made using beads I found from TOP Trimming, then I added a red bead to the bottom of each as an extra touch (and b/c I didn't have anything to stop it from falling off the wire hahaa) and then strung onto cording and sewn straight into the choker/dress.
