Construction Details:

Armor is EVA and craft foam in multiple layers, surprisingly not as scary as I thought it would be to heat-form it (the worst part was washing all the oil off the chainmail and almost destroying a bathtub). The only sewing I did was the gambeson, which has a layer of quilt batting, and helped me get rid of some really old fabric I otherwise could not find a use for. Big thanks to Alyssa of Propped-Up Creations for being my patterning buddy and twin-Brienne! Couldn't have done this without you.

Personal Thoughts:

Shaking and crying. This character is so important to me in so many ways, and making this costume was an absolute adventure from start to finish.
