I used a McCall's sewing pattern and teal satin. There are peacock feathers and an applique that looks like peacock feathers. The headband has a small wooden frame and covered with satin and a peacock feather hot glued on.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Hmmmm. After seeing the first movie, I was so fascinated by the bright colors and crazy makeup the Capitol Citizens wore so I just jumped on an idea.
