Construction Details:

This was my first time knitting a cardigan, and while it didn't turn out perfect, I'm so pleased with it.

There were so many new techniques and skills I learned working on this sweater, and I really pushed myself out of my comfort zone in order to manipulate and change the original patterns to fit my needs.

Personal Thoughts:

This cosplay has probably been the costume I've worked the longest, and hardest to complete. It was originally scheduled to be worn at ALA 2014, but due to sewing machine technical difficulties, it wasn't able to be finished in time. While it was finished for photos that same summer, I didn't wear Mirai to a convention until ALA 2015.
