Construction Details:

I basically made a base sleeveless dress which I then layered the shirt and skirt on top for her default half. I used my older, pale blue wig, which I sewed a few green wefts into. Nothing too complicated!

Personal Thoughts:

This was really fun to make! It's too bad it was so obscure, but I probably should have seen that coming ^^;
