Construction Details:

Used my basic sweetheart neck dress pattern with a double circle skirt, and made a puffy sleeved bolero to go over it. Embroidered a super huge cutie mark on it with metallic embroidery thread. Shoes are RHS from when I cosplayed Miwako, leg warmers are socks that I cut the feet off of and hemmed to keep from fraying.

Thrown together in 2 days, yeah!

Styling Notes

Brushed out a little then re-curled using hot water and pulled a small curled section to the front for her iconic forelock.
