Construction Details:

The base of the armor is lion board foam, covered with glue and then overlayed with stretch vinyl.

Personal Thoughts:

Revisited from my attempt 4 years ago....yeah the first one was horrible. I think you can see photos of it in my archive....

Anyway it was so bad I threw it away and started over from scratch.
