Cape is a velvety material with double-seamed hood, doubled up ruffles, lining, and ribbon ties. Shape is 3/4 circle with shifted center.

Jacket is made from same material as my first jacket. Changed the collar, eradicated the lapel, and added puff sleeves + wrist ruffles.
