Construction Details:

I drafted my own pattern for the box-pleated skirt, which was the most challenging part for me. I lined and hemmed every piece before sewing them together. The top i used a Simplicity prom dress pattern and also doubled the fabric so the dress wouldn't be so see-through with the white fabric. I heat and bonded the blue stripe on the collar using royal blue cotton. The light blue trim details on the center front of the dress is bias tape that I made myself out of the same light blue fabric as the skirt panels. The shawl is also a separate piece and was based off of a prom dress shawl. The skirt also has a built in petticoat underneath made out of light blue organza. The boot covers are made with the same white fabric as the dress and are covering white Kiki boots from amazon that I cut short. Personal Thoughts:

I absolutely loved these outfits when I saw them in an art book and then watching the PV. When Gogo Hikaru said he was planning a LoveLive Wonderful Rush group for 2014, I was totally on board!
