Construction Details:

The dress is converted from my Emeraude costume(RIP), the headdress is the headpiece from my Greek Hikaru costume (still can be used for that)and the rest mostly came out of my stash. The extra casa was from my stash, I got the pearl trim for $1.50 yd and the green pendant was from a trip to NYC. The crown is doubled craft foam with wire in the middle to make it bend then I just spray painted it gold. The Gold ribbons and green beaded trim are from my stash. The OZ headpiece is paper clay. The OZ staff was made entirely from wooden supplies from Joanns!

All in all, I probably spent about $25 because everything else came from my "squirrel stash"

Personal Thoughts:

I love the OZ universe and Ozma is just so much fun. I love the Gibson girl look so I had to make her. I've been a bit low on funds for costumes lately so this was a "what do I have at the moment?" kind of costume.
