Personal Thoughts:

Fon Master Ion was the first cosplay I really got serious about-- I tried to use materials and finishes that would suit a religious leader/saint/enlightened one :) It was the first cosplay I created that went well over $100 USD.

My favorite part was sculpting the necklace, painting the shoes and embroidery on his cloak... but really what I loved was wearing all of it. It was awesome playing the diplomat and coincidentally we didn't see a single other Fon Master anywhere that year so at each gathering I got to feel like everyone was looking out for (or fighting over) Ion-sama **love**

Also met some really great Ariettas and Anises. So worth all the work. :)
