Construction Details:

Top and bottom are spandex and are lined/serged with ruffles attached.

Wrist pieces are made out of 1'' foam covered in spandex and sewn shut with reverse applique orange squares.

Collar piece is also foam covered in sleeves of spandex to give it shape. It zips shut in the back. The orange straps are just sewn into the top and into collar by hand.

Personal Thoughts:

Swimming in the dead of winter is pretty amazing. I was pretty dang happy to be in the water after braving the cold in Iowa for so long. I do miss being in the sun, though. That's for sure.
