Construction Details:

All red details on Asuna are appliqued on and satin-stitched. The thin red lines are all satin-stitched as well. Red arm things are also satin-stitched and fully lined in gold. Armor is made of fiberglass and bondo, and attached with a harness.

Personal Thoughts:

I fell in love with this anime from the first episode. What MMO player doesn't want to be able to fully dive into the game? And the twist on it is so...intriguing. And then the feels! Oh such feels. We knew we had to make these costumes and do these characters (and the series!) justice. :)
