Construction Details:

I'd definitely recommend a thinner material for the skirt. Mine was rather thick and proved to be very difficult to work with when attaching everything together.
I DID use a tutorial by Sparkle Pipsi. You can google her name or sailor fuku tutorial.

Personal Thoughts:

This was pretty much a dream cosplay. I've always loved Sailor Moon, so to cosplay a scout was a personal goal. I feel like I've gained big points with myself for achieving this.

Wig Review

I was worried about the color and how it would work, but it actually ended up looking lovely with the color choices in fabric.
