Construction Details:

I bought a t-shirt and heavily altered it to look like sailor V's top. Made the skirt out of uniform material and added a ribbon to the bottom. The bows have a very thin interfacing and the tutorial for them was found on Deviantart. I recommend using a thicker interfacing. I bought the shoes from goodwill and found vinyl in the matching color at my local fabric store and made them into straps by cutting them out and sewing on Velcro.

Personal Thoughts:

First costume that was made by me with help of more knowledgeable sewers.

Wig Review

The color is very yellow in person but it's the perfect color in almost every picture. It also has been very durable and even though its a tangled mess it still looks lovely in photos.
