Construction Details:

A fresh new double layered bodysuit, still snaps at the bottom. Sealed sleeves and neckline now. The three layered skirts are each 2 circle skirts shortened as they went up and each with horse hair braid in the hem. Skirts directly attached to waist/hip band. Box pleats go around the top for the most part. New collar patterned out and a bit of interfacing in the back so it lays flat. Everything snaps or pins on and off.
Wings are 26 sheets of 2mm foam cut into the shape and glued onto a base of wire and fabric. It took about 1 full day alone.

Personal Thoughts:

I still love and adore the way the outfit looks but the one I did a few years ago just wasn't what I wanted at all. So I sat down with all my new knowledge of the uniforms and started from scratch. I'm MUCH happier with how it's turned out this time.

Styling Notes

Took a chibi and what used to be the base of my Rapunzel wig and combined them.
