Construction Details:

Made out of forest green polyester/polyester blend! The top was made with a dress top pattern and then the skirt is a rectangle skirt cinched at the top and bottom to give a more rounded silhouette. Top and skirt were sewn together and then I took an 80 inch strip of 5" fabric and made box pleats forever and then sewed it to the skirt! The hair bow was made out of an old t-shirt and so was the red bow. The gem on the red bow was found at joanns for like 5 bucks. I got the knee highs from Sock Dreams and the shoes from Zappos.com (i need new ones though). The belt was a Calvin Klein belt found on e-bay for 4 bucks.
