Construction Details:

used a princess seam pattern for the top
the penguin hat was a lot of trial and error, but it was fun :3

Personal Thoughts:

i did the transformation version since i was shooting in japan and the full skirt was too big to carry in my luggage OTL i hope to finish the full ver soon!
