Construction Details:

shirt was from thrift store and altered to fit me. I made bias tape from the same material as the skirt and lined the shirt.

Personal Thoughts:

I was trying to come up with simple costumes to do in a hurry and cheap so I decided to do Lucy's first outfit. I'd already done another outfit of hers so I had a wig, keys, and whip.
