Construction Details:

One of the aspects I focused on with her dress was the color of the second and fourth skirts. Since the page in the manga wasn't colored, I used the reference from the anime. Debating for a while and asking friends who were big One Piece fans, I finally decided on using a light purple for those two layers. I even took the screenshot into Photoshop to help me make sure that I should go with light purple instead of white.

Personal Thoughts:

My fiance loves One Piece and has wanted to cosplay Zoro for the longest time. He liked his outfit from the Time Skip so I asked him if he would like me to be Perona for him, since I've loved her designs, both pre and post-time skip.
