Construction Details:

i started out with my basic side seam body suit out of light pink stretch fabric. the armholes and neck line if finished with some darker pink spandex. i made the sleeves out of two layers of fabric. basically just made a tube and gathered at the wrist and attached at the armpit. the edges are finished with a serger. made the wrist cuffs from more left over spandex. just sewed the ribbon and gathered sleeves to the inside of the wrist cuffs. the cut outs were the hardest part. i had to draw on the shape i wanted while wearing it then cut out and sew in a piece of flesh colored fabric. all the pink buckles are craft foam covered in fabric and hot glued to the costume. the leg ruffles are more double layered fabric to match the sleeves. serged together for a more finished edge and hand sewn to the bodysuit. i made this costume entirely out of fabric i already had so i didn't need to buy anything new to make this costume

Personal Thoughts:

This costume was way too fabulous not to do. made it to booth babe at collectors con in just a couple days. so glad i got to use up a bunch of my scrap fabric.
