Construction Details:

I ended up adding lights in the apron and in the under skirt so I could have the dressed cleaned if it got dirty.
The lights in the under skirt are also removable. Only the ones in the apron are fixed.
The apron is three layers of fabric, a trim combining several ruffles and lace, and all of it is fitted to snap into place.
The collar uses bias tape as a placard and the peter pan collar was then finished and hand sewn to for control of placement. It has a hidden zip up the back. The skirt is finished with a folded single bias hem and to be honest I am REALLY happy how the inside of this costume looks. I might be happier with the inside than the outside.

Personal Thoughts:

I have always wanted to make an Alice. I went to Disney Sea over the summer and found a little light up pocket watch and that sealed the deal.
