Construction Details:

This was supposed to be purely closet cosplay... at the end... With the amount of time I put into it, I wish I would have just made everything!
The sweater and skirt are Goodwill finds, the skirt was heavily altered (I would have made it if I didn't expect to find one easily last minute and then.. didn't). The letters are felt, with their 'glowing' color behind it, Heat n' Bonded together, then to the sweater then satin stitched in their matching colors, Rainbow done similarly.
Since I didn't want to mess with lighting up her sweater, I found this awesome holographic "fabric" at Hobby Lobby, fused to felt, and then fused to sweater (Too much satin stitching at that point!)
Couldn't find my perfect socks while packing, so, had to go with semi-ribbed, my perfect wig didn't arrive until the Monday AFTER the con so bleh. But I had tons of fun and I plan to re-make/revise this for next year!

Personal Thoughts:

Mabel is amazing, and also has the same voice as one of my other current animated favorite characters, Louise Belcher from Bob's Burgers.
I already loved Mabel when I was asked to join a ghetto Gravity Falls group and jumped at the chance!
