Construction Details:

The white and black shirts were pulled from my closet. I already had the red head band and black gun from my Yuri cosplay (Dirty Pair Flash). Chibitifa bought my tie to match her Mihoshi costume. The skirt is doubled cotton spandex. The vest is cotton sateen with appliques and silly shoulder pads. The belt is faux-croc trim purchased at Hancock fabrics. The belt buckle is craft foam covered with plastic styrene sheeting. Red gloves purchased from Welovecolors.com.

Personal Thoughts:

Tenchi~ Kiyone is awesome, and her outfit is atrocious. Just like the entire cast of Tenchi.
