Details
The armor is mostly craft foam with bits of vinyl and wonderflex for various details. This was our first time working with a heat gun and forming armor like this, and it definitely was a learning experience.

The sword is insulation foam covered with gesso, glue, and resin. This was crafted and constructed by my boyfriend.

Personal Thoughts:

My *not quite finished* Dark Knight Rikku costume.
Probably wasn't the best idea to take on a costume like this while working 2 jobs, but with the help of my amazing boyfriend we made it work. It's not 100% finished, but I'm happy with it so far.
