Construction Details:

The bodice is made from navy cotton sateen with yellow satin lining, and reenforced with spiral steel boning. The inner sleeves are red velveteen and the outer are steel blue cotton sateen. I lined the top of the bodice and the outer sleeve slashes with thin gold piping. The collar is made form layers of organza, duck cloth, and bridal lace, and it snaps into the bodice. (The shape didn't turn out so well so I may remake it). The skirt is a simple pleated tube skirt made from dull yellow satin. The petticoat is chiffon with lace trim. The cloak outer material is red cotton velveteen, and the lining is red bridal satin. It took me about a week of work.

Personal Thoughts:

This is my slightly modified version of Show White's classic princess dress. I made this for volunteering as a princess for children, but I may wear it to a con or event one day.

Styling Notes

All I did was curl some inner layers and tease it a bit to get some volume.

Wig Review

This wig is perfect for Snow White, I didn't even need to cut it. The fibers are very soft and realistic.
