Construction Details:

This only took me a handful of hours to complete. I reused the wig, bow, and broach from my Sailor Chibi Chibi cosplay. It includes a simple pleated skirt made from kona cotton (doubled, using the fold as the bottom edge so I didn't have to hem it), and a simple white shirt (kona cotton) with poofy lace trimmed sleeves and a white lace trimmed collar attached.

Personal Thoughts:

This cosplay is Chibi Chibi's casual uniform that she usually wears. I think it might have varied in the show, but this one in particular was the one she wears when she meets Usaqi. I made this for JCon 2013.

Styling Notes

This wig was quite difficult to style. I stubbed it and made separate heart odangos (with the help of a friend) to go over the stubs. The odango shields are made of worbla and craft foam.

Wig Review

For the most part the wig was great. I love the wispiness around the hairline. However the bangs were set really weird and made them very hard to style.
