Personal Thoughts:

Did this costume for my first Otakon in 2000. Decided to re-make it since I really love and relate to this character, (especially as of late) I also had a few friends who wanted to cosplay Utena this year, so I figured I would join and show my love for the show and my fav character. I grew out my bangs for 4 months in order to use my own hair and create her signature curly cue. I love using my real hair for this costume. It works out really nicely.
